STB Getting Reset

The STB is getting reset for me. I do leave the STB Powered On throughout. I have noticed 2 times now that when I get the STB out of Stand By Mode the display will have just the 2 dots blinking for a long time till the STB Scans for a channel and locks it. After this all the Favourites channels are also deleted. This means STB is getting reset by some means. Does SUN Direct do it ? I did not find any upgrade of Firmware happening too. Are anyone of you guys facing the same problem. 🙁
 
me too ... faced the same prob frequently .. first i thought , it is due to over heat and provided more ventilation ... but all in vein ... stb getting power reset on its own frequently . so now i start to watch cable tv again .. my cable wala also told bye bye to SCV and changed over to HATHWAY ..
