Status of Ports

Hello Everyone

I did a scan of ports and i got the following result:
[My IP] is responding on port 21 (ftp).
[My IP] is responding on port 23 (telnet).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 25 (smtp).
[My IP] is responding on port 80 (http).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 110 (pop3).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 139 (netbios-ssn).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 445 (microsoft-ds).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 1433 (ms-sql-s).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 1521 (ncube-lm).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 1723 (pptp).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 3306 (mysql).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 3389 (ms-wbt-server).
[My IP] isn't responding on port 5900 ().
[My IP] isn't responding on port 8080 (webcache).

My Ports 21, 23 and 80 are open.

My Questions are:

[*]Is my PC vulnerable?
[*]Do i need to stealth it to be secure?
[*]How can i stealth the ports?
[*]Will stealthing ports 21, 23 and 80 affect Internet usage in any way?

Close those ports if aren't really using them.

Sorry, i didn't get you?I browse the internet, download from torrents and stuff. So, what do you mean by closing the ports? How do you do it? Will it affect my browsing?
