Static ip from MTNL Triband Broadband

Do you people get static ip from mtnl for using unlimited plan? earlier i always get same ip and they told me that they are giving static i p for people having unlimited plan. but the problem started and they told me that there is some problem with all people using unlimited plan. after that my ip change to dynamic....it change on every login. is it so with all people using unlimited plan of mtnl triband?
 
when i was on unlimited, i had static IP...now i've moved to 749 NU and i still have static IP :yahoo:
