Got one of my mom's account closed. Next week, would be closing one of dad's. Sadly his pension account is stuck in SBI because yeh bik gayi hai gormint.
the process took around 45 minutes. mostly because the bank manager was at launch. had to go to around 4 desks. was issued the pending money in cash. dude was so serious about returning the cash that he asked me to wait for 10 minutes to arrange for a Rs. 1 coin 😀
