I am going to start WISP/Hotspot service in my area and looking for ISP license on rent and/or subleasing basis from interested class-A license holder parties to get profited by license sharing/subleasing/renting their ISP license for mutual business benefits. Anyone out there can help me on this where to get this? Is it necessary to get license to start Hotspot service within a small town? Also, Is it necessary to get license to start providing internet service in remote & rural areas? Are remote & rural areas are exempted from ISP license requirement to promote internet services to bridge the digital divide between urban & rural areas?
