Star sports channels,Sony and many channels are not coming in my hathway hd set top box

Many channels including star sports,Sony and other channels are blocked in my hathway hd set top box and neo sports is also not coming how should they be unlocked but where as in Cisco and other set top box es all channels are coming and what is the problem it is showing channel blocked 4 . Please anyone help me
