Spidey and His Amazing Friends was revealed for Disney Junior, set to premiere in 2021. The series will feature Peter Parker, Miles Morales, and Spider-Gwen as well as heroes such as the Hulk and Black Panther as they team up to take on the foes of the Marvel Universe.

So Sony only has movie rights? 🤔

Yep. But Sony holds the rights to almost 100 characters from Spiderman Comics alone which Disney would love to get back some day. 😛 I am guessing if the deal with Disney doesn't come through, Sony is going to go all-in with its own Spiderverse. Third time' the charm maybe.
