Spice Smart Flo Pace 2 Mi-502 is a dual-SIM smartphone that runs on Android v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) platform. It has 1GHz dual core processor, backed by 512MB RAM. Its 5 inch display has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Its connectivity options include GPRS, EDGE. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB. The camera section comprises of 5 megapixels back camera with dual-LED flash and 1.3MP front camera. Other features include FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, WhatsApp, GPS, 512MB internal memory and 32GB expandable memory.

Dual core or Quad core?
 
Spice website does not have a listing. I would assume it is a dual core phone. Quad core information is from NDTV.
 
I would not trust the specifications until it appears on Spice website. Also it might be a low quality dual core like from Mediatek.
 
Does it has 3G connectivity????
 

Actually I would not even trust the photo because it looks like TouchWiz to me. :

You were expecting maybe a Snapdragon for the price? 😛
The MT65xx chips, although lower-binned, are tremendously capable.
