this is on my Excitel connection with SurfShark VPN (Singapore) Server. Funnily enough Singapore has better single connection speed than Mumbai Server

I think the low single connection speed is something to do with routing between Indian networks and U.S

Seems like speeds are bad irrespective of isps for intl servers.
Might be some routing issue.
Bandwidth constraint with every major isp at same time doesn't sounds plausible.

So what updates from you guys? I'm still seeing single thread connection speed issue with BSNL and microscan ISPs.

Is it worth using a VPN like warp+ to work around this?

Those with ipv6 do you also face this problem?

I don't think it's actually throttled by Major ISPs, my ISP has Airtel + Tata + Sify as backend for international, and speeds have been consistent for me. (Usually within my plan bought ~180Mbps)
If you wanna do a real speed test do a file download test on an internation server or use IRC, using speedtest is not something I'd consider accurate.

Warp by Cloudflare using Airtel backend also does have speed limits with single connection, atleast that's true for Mumbai Region/Hub. And no , Warp+ does not improve performance I have tried it , it more or less feels like a gimmick atm.
