Speed test server outside delhi NCR provides download speed below 2 Mbps.
like Mumbai with airtel, london with Proxar IT consulting. etc
Upload speed it fine around 88 to 93 Mbps but download speed is always below 2 Mbps
I have to use VPN to fix that issue, anyone knows what is the problem with it, and its too hectic to use proxy and vpn everytime on phone and all other device, and work form home vpn also performs very slow btw I'm using skynet LCO with excitel, copper cable, 100 Mbps plan.
My address U block, dlf phase 3.

I had opted for airtel fiber connection, airtel fiber is avilable just near 2 buildings away, outside the gali (like 80 m in radius), but technician says we are having reception problem. dosen't want to come inside the gali.

so what may be the problem behind 2 Mbps down speed, congestion or speed throttling becuse youtube and other google sites works just fine.

If you are on copper/ethernet then last mile via your lco must choked up.
All good here. Fiber user west delhi.
Though excitel do shape up international speed to 80mbps for 100mbps plan during daytime.

If ur excitel user can you reply with a quick speed test via lan on london server (Proxar IT consulting). I'm just curious.
thanks

the speed test thing, I showed the live speedtests on mumbai and london to one of the Excitel customer care executives via anydesk like "why I'm getting below 2 Mbps download speed on other location then delhi NCR" and the customer care says you have to select only our excitel server for speed test.
conclusion:
Pros
10 MBps (Megabyte 10X8=80 Mbps)download speed on cloudflare proxy servers, tested with nextcloud/utorrent seedbox on DigitalOcean
google services:like youtube gmail ,and Amazon works fine

cons
slow websites: duckduckgo.com quora.com olx.com flipkart.com etc

getting below 2 Mbps download speed apart from delhi NCR servers

What about speedtest with local excitel server?
You haven't posted that once

Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test speedtest from excitel server 92 down
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test ultranet noida 93 down
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test spectra new delhi 90 down
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test act new delhi 93 down

speed test on hyderabad
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test act hyderabad 0.35 down
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test excitel hyderabad (download speed at delhi 92, and at hyderabad its 0.54)

Definitely excitel problem. I doubt lco can do much with this unless he wants to take up with excitel himself directly.

for me, international speeds are messed up. results are same as yours. i guess its the same for everybody who is still on copper network.
which VPN are you using?
