If 512 kbps is defined as broadband and the post FuP speed is 256 kbps then it can't be called 'unlimited broadband' right? They may be able to call it 'unlimited internet' or call it 'limited broadband' but not 'unlimited broadband'.

And these were the guys who said 3Gb is the Average usage. I read earlier in this forum. was it airtel? who said 3Gb was average? Plz correct me!!

According to Airtel, customers on an average use about 13 GB of data every month which is more than double of what it was 18 months ago.
Business Line : Industry & Economy / Info-tech : Airtel ups wireline broadband speed to 2Mbps

Are you trying to confuse?
FYKI, 512Kbps has Not been yet legislated. Airtel Broadband has Started offering 512Kbps post Fup when they recently launched a couple of plans in hyderabad. So we can expect 512Kbps to be the Post Fup after new Telecom Policy legislation.
