Sony Playstation Network compatibility with Reliance Jio

hi guys

Wanted to check if any of you is using psn on jiofi2. My PS3 does identify the network and connects to it, but when I go into sign in for psn, get an error message. The error code I get is 80710D36.
Is there a work around for this.
Help would be greatly appreciated

You get a different public ip and a different ip for the jiofi2 so literally you are in a double nat situatuion and can't get psn to work
 
so how to fix this? as jio is under nat 2 so psn is not signing in. it happens only in jio network
