Somewhat slow speed since last few days

BSNL 1000 upto 2 Mbps
Hi All, Im in Chandigarh area and Im using BSNL Dataone Broadband Home 1000 connection . For the Home 1000 package Im supposed to get speeds upto 2 Mpbs.Until recently I was getting speeds upto 1.50 Mpbs but over the past 5-6 days Im experiencing slower speeds ,usually upto 500 kpbs or less. Is anyone else in or around chandigarh facing a similar problem ? Farmboy
