Something to prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Noticed that my right wrist is paining a lot these days. So to help prevent CTS, is there any wrist band or some other bandage type things?

To prevent carpal tunnel Syndrome, you cannot simply tie up a bandage and hope it resolves. That's like placing a foil paper on your wifi router and expecting range/performance to get better.
Go to an orthopedic surgeon and let them check if there really is an issue.
