I was having same problem from last 10 days, and people at Broadband help were just wanting me to contact some person or other(the usual thing at our sarkari daftars). Today finally after my suggestion they asked me to check my DNS(primary DNS server IP and secondary IP) in my modem and it was there, primary DNS was wrong, May be they changed some setting at my city's main server as it was working fine 10 days ago.
