Bro, I have started using it for a week. I am using a 100 Mbps plan and I get around 10-12 Mb download speed when no one else is using it. Ping is good enough for playing games with Indians or closer to India servers. I haven't faced any outage yet so can't talk about that. This is the result I get after the speed test.

I think Jio fiber is the only fiber-based broadband in Biharsharif and also cheaper than others (was paying around 800 for a 10 Mbps plan before). So go for it.🙂
 
@Anixx . How is the after-sales service of jio. If there is any issue. Are they solving it at the earliest?
and which router they have given? whether it is a dual-band router or single band ?
 

Like I told you before I haven't had any downtime yet for 14-15 days. I think they do take complaints through MyJio app or on call. I have gotten the dual-band router.
