Loads now. I was on the way to go apeshit with Reliance customer care.
 
Yup. BSNL routing to the datacenter is very good. Reliance's routing in comparison is shithole.
 
Yep. Having issues loading the forum on RCOM. Thought it was down. But working on mtnl at home.
 

Might have been a routing issue on the datacenter as E2E was down as well.
