So Airtel Discountinued Rs 49 Recharge atleast in UP west ! So i need help to port to a new company

As stated above, looking for a new company i don't need data only want to keep my number active, I hardly make any calls so don't need much talktime. Jio is a big no-no i guess for that ! Any suggestion ? Airtel's 49 for 28 days was reasonable

Not only that, earlier their data packs had 28 days validity. Now validity pegged to current active plan.
