Christophe and Patricia are a couple; he is a failing playwright desperately seeking a backer for his next production, she is his leading actress.
Christophe’s last hope, a former classmate preparing to marry his naive girlfriend, invites the couple for a weekend in the country. During dinner, fed-up with Christophe’s attitude, Patricia pretends to be an immigrant speaking a made-up Balkan language. The couple who receives them
has no idea she is mocking them, and the quid-pro-quo quickly spirals out of control... A sharp and sarcastic comedy about conformism, selfishness and good humanitarian feelings.
