Slow Torrent Speeds on mtnl broadband

MTNL 800 Combo.
Since the MTNL plan upgraded in Delhi I am getting lower speed on torrents.Right now I am am using a plan which should ideally give me 64 kBps but on an average torrents are being downloaded at just 36 kBpsP.S:1. Seed peer ratio cannot be the problem since there were enough seeders. & average is computed on the basis of 3 torrent downloads (Two being greater than 700 MB & 1 Being greater than 2 GB).2. I am getting 55+ speeds on normal downloads.3. Port are forwarded properly & I am using u-torrent as the client.4. I used to get 26+ kBps speed before on 256kbps planPlease Help.
 
Well, after tweaking some settings with the help of google.I managed to get 55+ speeds.So no help required now. 🙂
 
Bro i m also getting 55 + speed with utorrent on same plan as urs. Though speed on torrent varies.i think on torrents this speed is ok for 512k plan. However, on direct downloads i do get 64-65 using IDM.
