What are they doing to rectify this line drop ?
My guess is they need to upgrade or add more exchange/switches, as it can't handle the demand. This is different from bandwidth which is not in short supply since they throw in dbl at night.
The only way for them to get the message is to constantly bug them about it. Call up thier CC, its free if you use their line. Set up a reminder on ur PC every week to do this. Get enough ppl to do it and it just might work out. This is not a govt. setup so they might cave in earlier.
