Slow MTNL Broadband speed

Hi All,I am using the old triband plan of 590 Night UnlimitedIn this plan i get a speed of 26.7 kbps while downloading.I along with another friend staying in the same building face the same issue of a slower download speed.However other friends in my building, using the same plan have a download speed of 200-250 kbps.We tried approaching the MTNL guys for this, but they denied any problem from their end.I am using a D-Link 502 T router, with a Dlink DI 524 wireless router.Help me out guys.

You can help yourself out..Just go through threads in this form ..you query has been answered many many times before.
