slow bsnl 2g internet speed

Once bsnl was famous for its best Internet speed in 2g .But now it is giving downloading speed of 0-4 KB/s with datacard.So bsnl is not correct option for internet with 2g sim.Although bsnl gives 3gb internet data for rs.98( one month) but it is not possibleto use even 1 gb data with this speed.i have used all 2g sims for internet.i will suggest IDEA for internet which is giving 15-20 KB/s downloadingspeed with 2g sim.(also show 3g signal)1GB internet data for rs 98( one month)i know bsnl doesnot provide any information about customer care ,accont balance etc in their sim.here is some information:-account balance:- *123#internet balance:- *123*6#customer care:- 1503bsnl connection profile in data card is given below😛rofile name:- bsnl(it can be any name)dial number:- *99#apn*:- bsnlnet

i was too suffering from this problem. but i called up 1503 and told them about it they said weak signal or mi-configure from the service but my signal was good so i told them that it may soem service problem them checked and fixed it after that i am getting 20 to 30 kbps.
