slow browsing speed

yaaron..mere internet main pata nahin kya gadbad chal rahi hai...the dlaod rate is fine abt 30 kbps..but browsing speed is tooo slow...and some times sites even refuse to open...is thers some problem in mtnl's dns server or some problem on my side...i even contacted the c.care but they said their systems r perfect...wt should i do??? 🙁
 
They are definately having dns problems.. My internet was even down for 2 hours last night due to dns issues.. but was later fixed..There are very few reliable public dns servers in mumbai.. thats the problem..
