Slow browsing after 930pm since last 2 days?

Since last 2 days, my connection had been acting up after 930pm. The internet would remain on, but some websites, including Yahoo and Facebook would open very slow...Chat, etc. would work fine... Ping and Speedtest were fine as well too... so I couldn't figure out what was wrong?!I put a complain on 198 and today, it didn't happen!Anyone else faced this too?
 
Not me. Working perfectly fine for me all throughout the day.
 
I had noticed this during daytime. I did not complain since speedtest showed decent speeds, though well below the claimed speed of 2 Mbps.
 
I too have this slow speed problem since around 12th Jan. I thought there might be some issue with their network and that it will get better so I did not pay any attention. My download speed during nights is only 1Mbps 🙁 where it should have been 2 🙁 . There are speed bursts to 2Mbps but they are few, last 1-2 seconds and are far between.
