Siti plans, really unlimited or too good to be true?

This flyer was distributed in our colony today [Vivek Vihar Phase 1, Delhi, 110095] and on the face of it, it sounds like a dream. 50 Mbps unlimited for 900, whereas i harldy get 8 Mbps for 1500 with airtel.
So, is it really unlimited with NO FUP?
Are there downtimes?
And hows the speed?

With such plans, I really wonder why they haven't captured the entire market yet?

 
There was some ISP giving without FUP unlimited for Rs.1200 per month. Spectranet /Nextra or something. So definitely there are services giving speeds like this for 1-1.5k. Sadly they cover only limited area.
 
FUP is 150GB as mentioned in other siti broadband topics.
 
@igloo, i contacted the number on the flyer to confirm this, the guy said that as it was written on the flyer, it is 'unlimited' and when I asked about the FUP, he denied. Even the fine print doesn't mention any FUP.

I'll try and contact the Siti CC through the number mentioned on their website to get some definitive answer.
 
Mailed CC with my number and got a call 15 minutes later (wow!), they clarified that the 150 GB FUP exists. Drat!
I would call it false and misleading advertising.
