Sites not opening Randomly on MTNL TriBand

i was talking to sanke1.

and i am sure if you try hard enough, gimp can work as well as ps... unless you are a professional photographer. or a professional web designer / print media artist.

but of course if i am to cut a template to make a html file out of it. i would find myself totally lost in gimp...
 
this thing seems to have started again. noticed once yesterday and happening right now as well. this forum can be accessed but not few other sites.like sourceforget, indiantelevision (1 IP working and 1 not)
