Signal Lost issue

Hello friends ,
I purchased airtel dth thinking that it has less issues in rainy season, but i was wrong,even if there is slight rain signal is lost,i did ask customer care about this but they didn't help .
i would highly appreciate if any one can help me regarding this issue,
i would also like to know if there is any other good dth provider which is less affected by rain?
 
You need a larger dish. But there is nothing you can do if the cloud cover is thick. It's a technology flaw.
 
In my area every one has same size of dish and they face very less issue of signal loss, many are using videocon and they hardly face any issue , i think i made very bad decision to go with airtel dth :/
 
videocon i believe gives a larger dish by default. plus the location of the dish would matter in the end.
 
All DTH services worldwide affected by outage during thick cloud cover. Nothing can be done about it. Larger dish may solve issue, but it cannot be 100% avoided.
 
all the DTH services are being disturbed due to bad weather.
well airtel diish tv is best
