Though it's not my own account, but I've been downloading like crazy over the past few days and this is what I've been gettin in terms of speed. Quite amazing how these customer reps get constant speeds huh .

d00d, that site is for Internet Explorer. Does not work wid firefox. It will always show 2 MBps wid firefox. Check wid Internet Explorer and then post here.
