yaa i called them and they told me to change the pswd.
now its working fine but wat abt my one day .how it is lost.is it that someone else has logged in using my id by hawking my pswd.
Probably. Change your password and scan your computer for viruses and spyware. Sify's not going to do anything about that lost day however, it is clearly mentioned that it is the customers responsibility to protect the secrecy of his password.
u're not alone mate...most of the users having Sify are on the same boat... 🙂@juned...if u face the problem of unable to log out, just use Easy Sify...u can log in (if someone else is not already logged in) even if ur session is currently active...enjoy!!! 🙂
