well today i tried to see whats the status of my complaint
and this is what he had to say

these guys can't understand anything .
last night also i downloaded but there's was no deductions
there r not even aware of their policy conditions themselves

i have been tired of this bs with sify every month or so i loose around 5-6 days of validity.
if only i had some money i would have gotten mtnl's DSL Nu
