Finally I have the right answer for you. Please read below :
How to configure your POP3...
You'll need to configure the POP3 server setting for E-Mail client programs(such as Eudora, Outlook, Netscape etc) so that it can retrieve messages from your Sify Mail account.
In case your mail client specifies a port, the port for POP3 is 110.

The basic Server settings for Sify Mail are...

Incoming Mail (POP3) server: imap.sify.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server: smtp.sify.com
Account Name/Login Name: Your Sify user name without ‘@sify.com’
E-mail address: Your Sify Mail address I.e username@sify.com
Password: Same as Sify Mail
