Done know about the link, but here's something that I managed to pull out from my mailbox. Is this what you are looking for ?

I. AUTHENTICATION OF OUTGOING MAILS.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGES TO BE DONE ON YOUR OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

1.Open Your Outlook Express

2:Click on Tools and then select Accounts

3.Now Select “Mail”.

4.Then select the relevant mail account

5.Click on Properties

6.Click on Servers.

7.In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box type “asmtp.sifybroadband.com”.

8.At the bottom of the dialog box you will see “My Server Requires Authentication”. Check on the box near “ My Server Requires Authentication”.

9.Click on Settings

On clicking Settings you will see two options.

10.Select “Log On” using option.

11.Type your Sify Broadband User ID – eg “abc” where “abc” is your User ID.

12. Enter your password.

[Note :  If you do not want to enter the password every time you connect, you can select the “Remember Password” option. However we DO NOT recommend use of this option. ]

13.Click OK

II. VIRUS PROTECTION.  INSTRUCTION FOR CHANGES TO BE DONE ON YOUR OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

1.Open Your Outlook Express

2:Click on Tools and then select Accounts

3.Now Select “Mail”.

4.Then select the relevant mail account

6.Click on Advanced.

7.Outgoing mail (SMTP)- Default is 25, change this to 587

8.Click on Apply and Close

[/b]

Finally I have the right answer for you. Please read below :
How to configure your POP3...
You'll need to configure the POP3 server setting for E-Mail client programs(such as Eudora, Outlook, Netscape etc) so that it can retrieve messages from your Sify Mail account.
In case your mail client specifies a port, the port for POP3 is 110.

The basic Server settings for Sify Mail are...

Incoming Mail (POP3) server: imap.sify.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server: smtp.sify.com
Account Name/Login Name: Your Sify user name without ‘@sify.com’
E-mail address: Your Sify Mail address I.e [email protected]
Password: Same as Sify Mail
