They let it go with just unfair trade practices? What about the concept of fraud? The tort laws in India don't seem to favour victims. Considering this case, a nice acronym for SIFY would be Simply Interested (in) F*****g You.
 
Good Hit!! I dunno when someone is gonna hit against Mittal.. :madness: for not upgrading speeds since 2 years... Even when BSNL/MTNL are giving 2Mbps speeds for all (limited usage) plans Airtel still giving crappy 256kbps.... 😡
 
Airtel does also provide similar "limited usage" @ 2Mbps, you really can't do anything. There isn't any competitive unlimited plans from any other ISP that would prompt Airtel to increase their speeds.
