Hy Sify Officer,

I have been using Sify for a long Time now. Before it was good but sorry to tell you it stinks now.

Even their Unlimited Packages are useless since they have 150 MB maximum Download per day. If there are limits to download then its not suppose to be called Unlimited.

To get more clients they allowed good download for few days now they have shut off completely ...what a Cheater.!!! Worst part is their Switch...... it hangs every week and when you call Sify Customer care service the only respond you get is "we will check it next day".... and they dont turn up for 2 days :angry:

Infact the whole colony is making a switch from Sify to some other Good broandband Provider which doesnot have such limitations to download and have better customer service.

Sorry to tell you Sify Officer.... if this continues with Sify ... soon you will have to say good bye to old customers.

Let me give you an advice if you really want to do good business take this thread prinout and show it to your HOD of braodband and ask them to improve on the terms of what people have said. Thats the way you can stay in business and provide good service and by not just saying that sify is great.......

Sify Officer I think you got your wires all crossed up......

Please call your customer care service and ask them y does the client keeps logging out ... the answer you will get it its automated by SIFY for every 10 minutes.....

now tell me where the hell did Virus came from.... Please think twice before posting... we arent born yesterday :lol: i got a good laugh though at the end of the day... thanx for it 😉 :lol:

Should Sify close down - yes yes yes. I have stopped using Sify broadband. I shifted as I know I will have to tear my head once the rains start so better to get out rather than have a slang match.Try BSNL Data One it is really good. Surprisingly good for a governemental organization. They were polite and helpful once the initial hiccups of registration and installation were done. They were thousand times better than Sify.This is from a person who was with sify for more than 8 yearsPrasanna

this has been a most interesting reading... thank u for the entertainment.. havent had this hard a laff for ages... if u hate sify soooo much y dont u just switch to a local cable operator in a group so u discounts... if he gives ya bad service threaten to switch back to bsnl or airtel or whatever...how do u think i pay 800 bucks for my 300 kbps connection

dude wake up... sify is no good. all they are is monopolistic blood sucking leeches who think that the majority of people who own computers in india are 'literate idiots' and who religiously believe that they are being logged out by a :lol: virus :lol: . the last time i got low speeds (5kbps dload on a 256 kbps leased line) i was told to empty my 'temporary internet files' folder. :angry: what do these ppl think i am... a farmer surfing the net with a plough in my hand. mr. sify officer... with due respect... get a real job.

and by the way. sushub is doin this forum more good than you with your one sided mind control techniques tryin to brainwash us. what do u think we are ... AMERICANS!!! hhehehe. buttbrain!

:lol: ooops didnt realize i was this far behind. damn sorry for that post ppl... but i just couldnt resist. this facade thats put up by the sify guys is not only delusional but very very irritating. :angry: might shift to exatt sometime next month. need a coupla reviews n stuff. and yes... i think sifyofficer has probably hung himself by now... can someone get the sify cto from andheri to signup and take his place. would really like to see him defend himself. the cto here does offer other isp's but he shamelessly lies and claims that they are much costlier because they buy bandwidth from sify. he's actually charging 450/- more on this basis for a 128kb/ps exatt package. bombay is considered a pretty hep plcae but when it comes to the net... the folks here can be compared to the tribals from the farthest reaches of india. when i asked my neighbour to take up the case against the dload limit (back when they promised the 'unlimited' package i opted for 6mnths unltd... suddenly i was 1 mnth short) he said he was happy wih just surfing and viewing the porno that he has gotten so accustomed to. i was disgusted with the fact that such inactiveness is the exact reason why sify stillclaims to be no.1 in india. 🙁 all in all are there any laws which i can enforce to get my cto to stop being such a sify su*ker and gimme feaseable rates on other isp's. can anyone contact or help me contact the BIG guys at Exatt so tht some action can be taken. any help would be appreciated. thnx.
