Sify Broadband Customer Details URL is disabled !

Why can't the pea-brains at sify stop fiddling around with things all the time?

Now, these guys have stopped me from accessing my account details at this URL:
http://202.144.65.70:8090/bbandnew/cusdetails.php3?userid=xxxxxx

Does anybody know how to access our customer details without being logged in through their crappy client?

Now, we cannot access our account details unless it is renewed and we are logged in.

This is getting to be too much ! Maybe, it's time for all sify subscibers to jump ship en masse.

with the above url we r only able to see the consumer id.........do any one know the direct url to know the account details,password without logging in...
