Hi im a new user of sify broaband in chandigarh.Recently when i got it installed, the guy frm sify uninstalled norton frm my computer sayin it was bogus n he would install mcafee. now the stupid sify av is installed. its slowed down my pc.the man has told me not to uninstall the av or install any other av such as norton. if i do... my connection wud stop workin!! :huh: is all dat true or jus bullsh*t????n if i can uninstall that stupid prog... which 1 shud i install.... a firewall or an av and which 1????
 
bullsh*t. u have to call the call center and tell them that u want to use ur own antivirus.
 
Be sure to uninstall their antivirus before installing norton if you want to. They seem to conflict which causes MAJOR stability issues with XP.
