i made a chat online with a sify customer care officer about this same matter he told me that on this package upload speed is 64kbps and download speed is 128kbps that means upload speed is 8KB/SEC and download speed is 16KB/SEC.
they also told that the will give 64kbps upload speed on 256kbps plan.But in sify cyber cafe i got 96kbps upload speed(on link-removed.de).so anyone plz clear this doubt?
