siemens C2110 modem/splitter problem?

Hi,My siemens C2110 modem (provided by BSNL) link light is continuously blinking without being steady. I have obseveved that noise is coming when I use phone handset with the splitter but noise disappears when I use handset without the splitter i.e. direct line to the phone. For this I’m not getting connection for several days. Please helpRegards,gautam

there is a problem in your line.let your line be checked by registering a complain in bsnl local exchange..
