Well. I did move to a Nokia 101 for around 2 months when I sold my Nexus S. I survived just fine. It was great not needing to charge the phone every 6 hours.
Oh man. That's the same thing I am trying to do. I had to charge every 3 or 4 hrs if I use the phone continuosly. I still find it difficult to type long texts on touch. At that moment i get thought, to just dump this and get a basic model
Yup. I cannot get used to typing on the phone. And I avoid that except for a short conversation. But then I never really texted on featurephones as well so that's not new. I think I would be faster on SwiftKey than on a hardware keypad on a feature phone.
I too would prefer touch-type phone than only touch. For all the comfort and ease shown or felt by many, I still feel nothing beats the comfort of typing.
I have got used to the comfort of the app-system eco world. So if at all I would switch to a qwerty smartphone in the future (I know Blackberry Classic / Q10, are the only options now, but lets see)
