Should i buy tata docomo 3g data card

Tata Docomo - Nokia E71
I am little bit confused about buying data card because i keep changing states of western india due to my study , Please suggest me 3G data card that will give average 1.5Mbps and if you are hardcore user of bulk internet through wireless(3G) from western india please suggest me your valuable advice, allother suggestions will be appriciated.
 
Buy an open(unlocked) data card like Huawei umg1831, so you can use different SIM whenever required. Though Docomo also offers unlocked dongles.
