Shifting the router

I live in balewadi, Pune. It has been absolute nightmare for me to shift my router to lobby where whole house can het the wifi.
I have mailed alot of people, talked to supervisor near my home's you broadband branch multiple times. Gone to main branch of pune as well. Raised ticket from app.
All i have gotten is my ticket gets resolved by itself or the guy never shows up. I am planning to shift to Tata Sky fiber.

YOU broadband is really bad here in Pune. My apartment's RWA cancelled the service contract with them after a lot of complains from society members. They don't care about their end consumers. Internet connectivity is very unstable.
Tata Play Fiber has very stable connectivity atleast here in my area (Wakad, Pune). It would be the same in Balewadi also ig. Their customer support and field technicians are also very proactive in solving issues.
