You need to group your tiles. Looks messy.

Yeah, maybe. But I hardly use them. And whichever way they are, I'm now used to them.
Whenever I wanna open a particular app using those tiles, I just press the 'Windows' button to bring those tiles up and my hands spontaneously move the cursor to those apps. So grouping (basically rearranging) them would take me away from my comfort zone. 🙂

Again. Have not really thought about managing the tiles. I just search and press enter most of the times.

Probably but in the long run you will feel better. As of now, its too much of information overload. Rearranging will definitely improve your productivity.
Anyways here goes mine. Have totally stopped using the Start screen.

I like to keep folders & stuff organized.. Even though I may not use some of the apps, I try to keep some order and method, though personally I think whatever I have can be even better organized.
