I stay in an academic campus where the Internet connection is through an RJ45 port in the wall connecting me to the campus LAN. The Internet access is through a passworded proxy server (i.e., I have to set up the proxy section of the browser with proxy IP, port, user name and password, in order to connect to Internet). I have a D-Link DI-524 wireless router which I want to set up for accessing this Internet connection wirelessly anywhere in my house. Is that possible? I have noticed that I get a 10.93.X.X type dynamic IP address from the campus. Thanks for any input.

OK I figured this out. I just chose the "Dynamic IP address" in the Home -> WAN section, and connected the router to the campus LAN cable. The router gets an IP address from the campus, and I have to use proxy information in the browsers in all the laptops connecting to the router in order to access Internet. It was easy.
