Serious problem- Please Help Me out

Hey guys.1)I got a weird problem with BSNL.I'm using UTSTARCOM UT300R2U modem. My problem is when i switch on ma modem, i get the net for few mins and then suddenly ADSL led goes off. Then if i switch off the modem and then Switch it on, I dont get the ADSL LED on. I have to leave the modem idle for few mins and then i restart the modem. I get the net with out any problem.Can anyone help me out with this problem.2) Is there any new software update for STARCOM modem??
