My little experience with Accel:Applied for replacement of a Transcend pendrive on 3rd July, 2012Since 22nd November, 2012 the online status shows 'Ready for delivery'Now I don't know whether 'Read for delivery' means it's ready and I can go and collect it or is it ready to be delivered from TranscendI have been calling Accel daily since the last 3-4 days but nobody answers it (tried 4 different numbers - at least 5 calls a day).
