hi, you can upgrade from SD to HD+ by paying 2000 rs. i dont think airtel has SD+
last week i upgraded from SD to HD+ and got a HD+ setup box, remote and a HDMI cable.
Few days back Airtel did launch a SD+ STB, better call customer care. Had also seen on one of the airtel promo channels, different upgrade offers even there they had an option of upgrading from SD to SD+.
