They should rather concentrate on their own SERVICES (failure to take complaints and resolve them) - if their "employees" do that, then only BSNL can be saved...

Surprisingly, the BSNL customer care in Mysore, Karnataka has been tremendous. They solve issues so quick, and even give suggestions to improve our experience with them. I was simply shocked, maybe they have woken up from their deep sleep.
