Reports say that this app would soon be available to all Android devices. My question... Is it available here in India?

Right now, Samsung only offers it to owners of Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II.

Google Play Store page tells me that the restriction is country based. Is it true?

righto. found out that it is only available in like 7-8 markets.
