The Galaxy Player 5.8 is dominated by its namesake 5.8-inch, 960 x 540 LCD -- a screen that makes the 4.8-inch AMOLED on the closely related Galaxy S III look downright modest by comparison.

You're otherwise looking at the kind of media player you'd expect in 2012: there's either 16GB or 32GB of built-in storage, a microSD slot, a front VGA camera for those face-to-face sessions and a huge 2,500mAh battery to compensate for the display.

too many products .. its difficult to beat iPOD touch in this segment ... even there price are not much aggressive ...
 
lol. ipod touch has a 3.5 inch display. the market for such devices is already disappearing as smartphones today pretty much negate the need of carrying a separate media player.
 
but quality of the iPOD is best and those who can't go for iPhone for budget issue they can get the same with iPod Touch .. but its interesting to see how the same do after iPad mini launch as the same is targeted for around 200 $ price tag ...but the same is not case with android as there are many android mobile available at same range ... and nor they have best music quality ...
