Same IP (Although DYNAMIC)

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting assigned the same IP adress since yesterday afternoon, I'm supposed to get different IP's right? since I have a dynamic ip.
Also my internet is kinda underperforming since yesterday.

This might be a dumb question but yeah go ahead make me understand if its a genuine issue or its normal

alright just found out they read my ticket and assigned me a gaming ip

gaming ip changes your nat type to moderate bascially assigns u one single ip which has all the ports unblocked which are necessary for online gaming and hosting games

its not static ip , in static ip you get open nat type
